Ever wonder what joining a young, energetic company feels like?  Here is your chance. The Steam Police Sales Team is looking for salespeople who are eager to accelerate the sales machine!

In order to disrupt the Carpet Cleaning industry, The Steam Police will need a unique business model, including a lightweight buying process that matches today’s empowered customer.  As one of the first sales people, your job will be to execute and iterate on the current sales process with the help of a highly integrated team. 

Sales opportunities will originate from your prospecting activities, our existing customer base, and leads generated by a variety of sources.

In this role, you will need to

  • Be a workhorse:  This is a startup within a startup.  Expectations, energy, and pace are at a maximum.   
  • Be a sales expert:  The industry looks to us to modernize their marketing strategy.  We need to expand on our sucess by creating inovative processes, value-added propositions, and a highly focused sales team.
  • Be innovative:  We are still learning about our target customer.  We need folks who can execute a thoughtful discovery call to assess our product/market fit and represent observed trends and perspectives to our product team.
  • Be a closer:  Massive demand is there.  We need you to turn it into successful Steam Police customers.
  • Be a team player:  Early team members define our culture.  The mission comes first.

Required sales experience: None, 1+ years recommended. 

Required education: None, BS or BA recommended.
